SIRSA FILES POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST NARAIN DASS UDAASEEN SAMPARDA FOR HURTING SIKH SENTIMENTS
New Delhi, May 16 : The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) General Secretary Mr.Manjinder Singh Sirsa today filed a police complaint against Narain Dass Udaaseen Samparda for creating disharmony and hatred against Sikh community by uttering derogatory words and giving untrue sermons thereby hurting Sikh sentiments.
In his complaint filed with North Avenue Police Station, Mr. Sirsa also gave FB link https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10212363611912341&id=1441334864 to the police which has carried a video of Narain Dass in which he is giving untrue sermons. He said that his this action is hurting Sikh sentiments and he has used such derogatory words for Sikh Gurus for creating divide in the society and hurting the sentiments of Sikh community.
Mr. Sirsa said that accused has uttered such words and phrases intentionally to create insulting and blasphemous pictures which are highly objectionable in nature. He said that it is clear that this is an intentional act to hurt the sentiments of Sikh community and has been done with a motive to create communal tension in the society.
Quoting his so called sermons Mr. Sirsa informed that the accused says that the Guru Sahib while recording Baani in Sri Guru Granth Sahib has changed the shabads of the Bhakts. He said that Narain Dass has basically no knowledge on the status of Guru Ravidass Dass ji and his Bani. He said that every sikh daily bows his head before the Bani of Guru Ravidass ji which has been included in Guru Granth Sahib ji.
He said that the accused stated lot more malicious and unbearable contents about Sikh religion in order to incite and to create communal disharmony in the Society. The said accused has not given any source of the said verses quoted by him and thus, there is no authenticity of the same. He said that if no action is taken against him, then the situation may go out of control and Law and order disturbance can arise in the entire SIKH Community. He also cautioned that due to the wrong and defamatory statements of the accused, riots like situations can take place.
Urging that the complaint needs immediate action in order to maintain peace and harmony amongst different communities as the accused action is poisoning the population at large, he said that an FIR against the said accused under Section 295A, 153A, 499, 500 and other relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and other appropriate provisions of Information Technology Act, 2000 needs to be registered.
