India’s coronavirus deaths toll 229, Confirmed cases 6821

New Delhi, April 10: The death toll due to the novel coronavirus rise to 229 and the number of cases to 6,821 in the country on Friday, according to the Union Health Ministry.

While the number of active COVID-19 cases is  5,951 as many as 641 people were cured and discharged and one had migrated, it said.

The ministry said at least 30 new deaths had been reported since Thursday evening.
