New Delhi, December 31 : The Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC) General Secretary Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa today said that after 34 years of struggle finally 1984 sikh genocide culprit Sajjan Kumar has been put behind bars and now the Gandhi family should apologize to Sikhs and to the people of country for saving his skin all these 34 years.

        In a statement released here today, Mr. Sirsa said that though pain and angre of 34 years cannot recede anyway but today’s development of Sajjan Kumar going to jail will heal the wounds of the sikh community and this development is infact big relief for the victims and their families. He said that this in a defeat of the Congress party and victory of the sikh community.

        Mr. Sirsa said that Congress party particularly the Gandhi family tried hard to save the skin of  Sajjan Kumar and had even deputed its seniors leaders including son of Kapil Sibal as advocates to defend these guilty in the court of law but finally the law  has caught them. He said that last day of this year 2018 has become historic day in the country. He said that after Sajjan kumar now it is turn of Jagdish Tytler and Kamalnath and they will ensure that they are tried and sentenced to jail by the courts. He said that the DSGMC has already given written representation to the SIT for registration of case against Kamalnath and it will pursue it to its logical end.

        Mr. Sirsa reiterated that the Shiromani Akali Dal led by S. Sukhbir Singh Badal and the DSGMC and Shiromani Gurudwara Management Committee (SGPC) will provide all the required assistance whether legal or financial to the victims and their families  to take  case against the culprits of the 1984 sikh genocide to their logical end.
