Commissioner visits grievance control call centre at Rose Club; reviews progress

K. K. Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh today visited the newly set up Grievance control call centre at Rose Club, Sector 16, here today. He was accompanied by Sh. Tilak Raj, Additional Commissioner and Sh. N.P. Sharma, Chief General Manager, Chandigarh Smart City Ltd.
During the visit, the Commissioner reviewed the progress of the grievance control call centre and asked the concerned officers to ensure its full operation within three to four days so that the same may be launched shortly to facilitate the citizens.
He said that this grievance control call centre will operate 24×7 and a dedicated team will work in this call centre to monitor the grievances of citizens in very prompt manner. He asked the concerned officers to ensure proper helping tools be provided to the officials in the team at call centre.
He said that this Grievance control call centre is being set up by the Chandigarh Smart City Ltd. and Municipal Corporation Chandigarh to provide smart and dedicated grievance redressal system to the citizens of Chandigarh at 24×7 operational timing to all Municipal related services.
