Akal Takht recognizes contribution of Dal Khalsa leader Gajinder Singh to Sikh struggle

Amritsar, February 2: The Akal Takht, the supreme temporal authority of the Sikhs, has recognised the contribution of stateless Dal Khalsa leader Gajinder Singh to the Sikh struggle.
Takht acting Jathedar  GIani Harpreet Singh today released a message condoling the death of Gajinder’s wife Manjit Kaur.
Her bhog ceremony is being organised at Gurdwara Jhanda Bunga Sahib next to Akal Takht on February 5 in the Golden Temple complex.
In his condolence message, he referred to Gajinder Singh as the exiled leader who has made notable contribution to the Sikh struggle launched by Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale for maintaining the honour and dignity of the Sikhs.
